Slicing a GIF

Does anyone know how to slice an animated GIF while still retaining the animation?

I need to slice the vouches part to be able to link it.

Any ideas?

 

You don't necessarily have to slice it to link in image if it only has one link. I usually just link the whole image as it's more convenient for both the artist and sometimes the customer. However, if it has more than one link I normally slice it first then add animation to the main image. Hope I helped!

 

Good luck. I used to do this with skins on websites and sometimes the gif's would start at different times.
