How To Use WinRAR

A lot of people know how to use WinRAR but for some it can be quite confusing.
This guide will show you how to download a file and then extract it so you can use it on your computer.

Here is a step by step guide on how to use WinRAR.
1. Download and Install WinRAR
2. Downloading a .zip file.
3. Extraction


1. Download and Install WinRAR
First off go to http://www.rarlab.com/ and download WinRAR.
To do this go to the top left and look for "Downloads" it should be bold.
Then look for the version you want (English most likely) then download the 32bit or 64bit file (I don't think it matters which). Then simply install.

2. Downloading a .zip file.
The perfect file I can use to show you is the RSBots.net Client, as that is a .zip file and most of the users of Sythe are botters.

Click to download the file and this should pop up:


Click OK and wait for the download:



3.Extraction
Now that you have downloaded the file(s) it's time to extract the file(s).
This will appear once the download is finished:



Click "Close" on the small box and then go up the the top left and you should see "Extract To" (as in the picture).
Highlight all the files like so:



Now click "Extract To" and click the folder that you want the files to go to.



Now you have successfully downloaded, installed and used WinRAR.
You will find the files in the folder you specified and they are ready to use.
