Slayer...

[HamzaAbbasi]

Is slayer a good skill to do? As I was training my combat up I heard slayer was good fun and money aswell as good exp for attack, strength and defence?

I got it from 1-30 by hand today in about 2-3 hours as I wasn't focused but chatting and pausing through most of it.

I got in the past 2 weeks my combat stats to this:

Attack: 1-60
Strength: 1-57 (training to 60 ATM)
Defence: 27-60
Constitution: 28-59
Range: 1-40
Magic: 58-65
Prayer:1-50

well.. at your level it isnt good money at all.
Get higher combat, and higher slay, and it will start being good money.

Thanks, yeah sorta guessed that - but got bored of just killing moss giants again and again so I went for slayer.

When you get in the higher lvl's you can start getting abyssal whip drops.

But yes, slayer is a good money maker. You fight many high level monsters, so rare drops come more frequently than they do from moss giants.
