new rsps to rs betting server?

Hello, runescape community i am thinking of hosting a osrs/eoc betting server.


this server will contain
- osrs betting
- private server betting
- eoc betting
- ingame betting


People may ask is this safe? my answer is yes because of the following ranks
- trusted dicer
- mod
- admin
- mm's

Any suggestions? Post and tell me!

I had this idea as well, but it wasnt a straight dicing server, i was thinking more of a server that has everything, but also has the option to gamble on there, the the host can payout 07/rs3 etc. If you need any help with this project i am deffeintley interested in helping! so message me if you do!
