Reason: Not sending Skrill Payment after I sold him 1B Rs3, and he claimed he did, plus said he closed his Skrill account, sketchy and potential scam quit?

Chat logs of him saying '' closed Skrill account, just in time for transaction''
why would anyone close their account, you don't close your Paypal because you hit a limit, you wait it out.

Other info: He edited and deleted some his skype messages too, which really sketches me out because I wasn't even on my skype and he felt the need to hide or change something.

If he didn't scam, and it's just a mix up, I'm still owed $250 USD (AFTER ANY FEES AS WE AGREED) and he needs to pay me.

 

Seeing as there is a fair bit of time elapsed between him last replying and you stating you have not received the payment, can you take a screenshot of the "all transactions" tab?
