PA and Moneybookers problems

On 18th August 2012, I contacted another guy on sythe to purchase 890m gp. We agreed on PA and everything was normal.


I added funds onto Moneybookers and used that money to pay PA. Then it got stucked at this stage,



[Payment Processing]. It got stucked for about 6 hours and so I decided to cancel the entire order.

Then something mysterious happened. The money [$383.77] went missing totally. I have been in contact with both Moneybookers and PlayerAuction and they both gave a very different story.


MoneyBooker claim:


I e-mailed Moneybookers and they said that the relevant transaction was successful and that PlayerAuctions have recieved the funds.

They have had multiple confirmation with PA too.



PlayerAuction claim:

Interestingly, I e-mail PA support and they said that the funds is with them and that they told me to wait for the money to be visible on the account. I waited 2 months now and I know its not going to happen.


I contacted their live chat on a weekly basis and they said that PA have never captured any funds and they told me to confirm with Moneybookers again.



So now, Im in a dire state. Both parties are pushing the problem to one another and me as a consumer is been victimised by some fault in their transactional system.

What can I do now?

Should I rise this case up further and get the court involved?

 

Contacted both parties again,

they are still saying its the other party that have my funds.

 

Have you spoken with the seller and asked what message he's getting?

 

He wasn't involved as I have cancelled his order.
