Requesting a TwC for user: 9889

So this is going to have to be sort of a different report because I'm only going to deal with a global if possible with handling the proof because I don't care for everyone to have all of my info.

In short I bought a bunch of games (Totaling around $180) from 9889 and didn't receive everything agreed upon. A significant amount was missing which has caused me to spend the last month charging back over 100 dollars and in the meantime receiving no help from the other party.

9889 and myself have had one other transaction in the past and it turned out perfect, he was a really cool guy, still think he has the capability of being a cool guy; but at the end of the day, if you cross me I have to do what I have to do, It's only fair.

The reason I requested a TwC instead of a ban (Which is pretty generous if you ask me) is because he did technically send me 75% of my order, but the remaining 25% were the main games I was looking for hence why I shelled out over 100 bucks for them. And also, if what he has said to me is true, he's been having personal issues that I won't disclose because it's his business. Maybe I'm naive but I shed a little sympathy now and again.

And because I know he'll read: I've had a TwC before and you can work it off but I hope you learn that what you did in the long run wasn't cool. You really should have reached out and worked something out with me but because you chose not to, now you have to face the consequences. I'm not around Sythe much anymore but like I said I know you can work that TwC off and don't be a punk to someone like this again... please.

For the global that wants to PM me: I already have the proof and stuff all ready to go at a copy and paste because like I said I had to compile it for paypal.

I got:

- video of the package being delivered by the mailman/opened
- screenshots of texts, pms, skype of all the agreements
- paypal screenshots to show I paid and I suppose shots of the 3/3 cases that I opened and they sided with me on

It'll be an easy open and shut case
