Skype Group Call?

So this morning when I woke up and looked at my computer I had 3 new messages on skype. Upon looking to see what they were, it was a group conversation from this set of people:



Upon looking at my settings all of my settings prevent anyone aside from those on my contact list from messaging me - but anyone could call me (I thought I had set everything to my contacts only)?

Anyways, I've changed it now but there isn't anyway for me to block that group.

Oh, and the group includes a person called "zackfleishhacker"... Should I be worried?

 

Skype settings are really dodgy, if a friend invites someone they can always talk to you. It's the only disadvantage. However, 'zackfleishhacker' sounds like he might just be a hacker, so this is why you should keep your skype private and not accept any requests or reply to anyone with a name like that, as once you've replied etc they can get your i.p, and that's when problems can arise. Always use a VPN if you want to be really secure.

 

I had the same settings, but people who didn't have me added still managed to call...

 

Maybe it is people through people that can add you?

 

Pretty sure it's due to a bug with the latest Skype. Try re-install an earlier version.

 

Not even joking, I woke up to see myself on a Skype call named "ChildPornography" I was like WTF and just left it I don't think it was really that but it sketched me out a bit.
