how do big gold companies make money?

i was curious how big gold companies make money with all the paypal chargebacks occurring. they surely lose tons of money due to this?

 

Every site is taking anti-fraud measures that cut down charge-backs dramatically.

Its as simple as keeping your profits far above your losses from fraud.

 

The bigger ones win most if not all of them

 

also the mark up on the gold is a lot, so even if they get charged back they mark it up so much that in the end they are still profiting.

 

Obviously they are going to take steps to limit chargebacks..

 

they ask for ID

 

- Ask for ID.
- Refuse PP off non-trusted users to narrow down scam chance.
- Buy low sell high, enabled through reputation.
- Register as business on Paypal. Paypal work close with businesses as they bring them high incomes.
