All of the MSN's used by these accounts (after performing an IP audit) has peaked my curiosity, as they are all quite generic and easily created.
Essentially, neither of these MSN's are unique and all share a same pattern.

Other than the account listed, all these accounts share a similar interest / pattern. All have created 1 thread for buying RSGP and 1 thread for vouches.
Activity outside of those threads appears to be non-existent.

Therefore, I submit my case as Arther Jauly being a ban evader, and hope you may learn more by doing an actual IP check.
