As multiple reports over the last few weeks have shown Don Krypto and his team over at "Elite DM" are scammers, involved in blackhat...
As far as I was aware they shouldn't be allowed to be advertised on platforms by sythe users?
Don Krypto (and his team) have a lot of outstanding debts on top of permanent bans on Sythe.
I am certain there are many more people that are actively working with Don Krypto/Elite DM but these are just the People I am aware off.

@Jacky is listed as a co-owner of their business, would this not make him liable for all the debt these guys have acquired?

Both of these users stream on the twitch channel Twitch
They are paid to stream and advertise this deathmatching cc, we have already seen by all of the reports that scams occur often in the cc. (Middlemen scamming, Middlemen lying and colluding with scammers...)
Unlike other streamers that are paid to promote their scam business, Btcs' account has a silver-star rank in the CC in-game, the same rank the middlemen have (EDM Kanye in screenshot)
Other streamers just have the bronze star rank (Damage, Defendas in screenshot)

I am not employed by Elite Dm nor am I connected to them in any way , often times when their ranks are out of gp I supply their customers. I do not pay them a fee nor do they pay me anything for this service. I have a outstanding reputation in the gp market so this role given to me for free shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, I do not advertise for them in any way nor do I represent them in any way. Also I would never represent or involve myself with scammers , Elite Dm ( owners & ranks ) shown me nothing but legitimate business practices and been trusted with your net worth in a single trade. Instead of attacking others for their success you should focus this energy on your own success and maybe one day you will also be a millionaire like me.

You state you don't involve yourself with scammers and state that Don Krypto/elite DM aren't scammers.
Why are they all banned on sythe with outstanding debts then?

Regardless of what you say, both you and @Grant are the gold sellers for their business, working through their ticket system in their discord.

On top of that you are ranked as a staff team member in their discord, yet you claim you are not affiliated with them, how does that work exactly?

I just don't think you're allowed to be involved with known scammers who are permanently banned on Sythe with outstanding debts

The proof you've provided us isn't sufficient to tie the users you listed as co-owners here, but it's fair to say that there's some sort of affiliation if GP sales tickets are being handled by these ranks in the Discord. Regardless that doesn't hold any merit to this case as Krypto has no outstanding debts so there's no issue with them operating in a position of trust in this Discord given the owner/staff aren't actively scamming their members and there's no definitive proof anything malicious was done to the users within the discord. If he has a lot of outstanding debts as you claim, then you're free to make a report regarding that with proof, however there's no public proof of this to my knowledge and I can confirm that his ban here isn't scam related. There was a previous case where we handed out TWC's for users that didn't leave an open-market Discord where staff in that Discord actively scammed or aided in scamming their users and invited/ranked well known merchants as a way to boost their trust, but cases like these are rare scenarios and typically case-by-case judgment is made given the circumstances within the report. For this specific case the users you mentioned aren't doing anything wrong for reasons mentioned prior so I'm going to close this and mark it resolved, but thanks for your concern.
