    This guy scammed me 30$ (which is 50M)over paypal,i was wrong to go first to him .We did 2 transactions,the first one went well and i thought i could trust him but for the second one he declined trade in game.

    The chatlogs aren't proof, but since you have linked the chargeback to his sythe account, I have banned him. In the future, take screenshots of sending him the money on RS (confirm that you're trading him), and take screenshots of the MSN conversation itself.
