Cannon vs Chinchompas

Hello guys, recently I began ranging on my pure which currently has 60 attack 97 strength (210k xp away from 98) and nearing 58 range. I was wondering when I should start chinning how much more expensive is chinning compared to cannon also which would you recommend? Also are there any really good places for a pure to use a cannon besides at rock crabs? Thank you for any tips!

 

Cannon to 70 or 80 at which point you begin using chins. I started at 70 but the xp gets a lot better at 80+. All depends on how much cash you have. As you have to ask, I'm guessing you should start at 80.
As for where to cannon:
-Slayer tasks
-At bandits is OK whilst using knifes/prayers (prot melee, eagle eye)

 

Usually cannoning is more expensive than chinning. If you have access to pratection prayers, chinning dagganoths or black demons under traverly dungeon is usually amazing experience.
