Searchy got me banned 5 minutes after trading.

It's no co-incidence that I'm banned on os-scape 5 minutes after trading with him, now he wont reply. absolute joke.

Whether or not you read the ToS doesn't matter as it's publicly visible on his thread, therefore nothing can be done here. If you suspect he's a staff member, or affiliated with RSPS staff, then feel free to create another report, but as far as I can see with the evidence you've provided we can't hold him liable for the ban as his thread stated he's not responsible in the case a ban is issued. I'm sorry for your loss nonetheless.
