Ses=scammer

I was buying his level 73 tank/blitz ranger. He said he wanted the payment in rsgp, i agreed. we both agreed on med-crator bounty hunter. It took about an hour and a half but eventually we found each other in bounty hunter. I let him kill me for 700k(we were doing 50/50) and at this point he was supposed to give me the details of the account. But, instead of using the target method Ses wanted to go rogue, he said he was sure he could wait it out. He died.He said he would give me the account eve if he died, He hasn't given me the account -.-

He also leaves the community with these last words due to the frustration of getting killed with my stuff and his in bounty hunter, I GAVE HIM THE OPTION TO DO TARGETING BUT HE SAID THAT HIS 70 DEF WOULD PROTECT HIM, IT DIDN't:
