Skill capes

Hey I just had a question regarding to f2p players. Can f2p players get skill capes like mining etc or do you have to be member?

 

As far as I'm aware, they're members only.

U can't get it ull see it when u get a skill to 99.
it says ; members can now go to bla bla bla to get cape bla bla .

 

Yes they are members only because while on a f2p server - if you have the skill cape in your inventory, you cannot put it on. If you hover over the object, it will say Members object, and you cannot wear it.

F2p players cannot obtain the Strength cape for example because it is bought at the warriors guild where they cannot go to.

You can't get it in F2p, but if you have already wearing it and you're in f2p you can do emote.
