Skank Services Failure to Refund

Ordered nmz training from "Skank Services" on Nov 27 2016, payed 300m up front we agreed we would do 5gp/xp.

Ordered 8 nmz kits from "Skank Services" on Dec 2 2016.

On Dec 11 2016, I requested a refund for both the training+the nmz. (750k a day is promised in his post on sythe. Also an additional promise for 500k a day was made to me personally.)*too slow so ask for a simple refund*

Pushed me towards the nmz accounts. It has been 2 weeks and he has not even started the nmz, but insisted on me paying for all upfront. Also refused middleman.

It is now Dec 12 2016. I have still yet to receive my 280m back for the 8 nmz kits+ the remaining 191m of the 300m payed for nmz. Was willing for btc/paypal/rsgp as he may have sold the 280m+300m instantly.
