Insight on what happened:
My account was hacked on 27 Nov, I had a secure associated email with a google authenticator for the runescape account. A day prior to the hack (or recovery by Skad) I received multiple password reset emails from Jagex, which were legit since I checked the domain of the sender, but I did not open them, as it said in the emails that if it wasn't me who requested this, simply ignore them. The next day my account got recovered. My email was not hacked into as I checked the activity logs and talked to support, and my authenticator is on another email anyway. I used the recovery info Skad provided and got denied every time. After talking to Skad, he supposedly made a request of his own, which also got denied, knowing that he previously did that before the sale and the request was accepted. 3 days after the recovery, which is how long my bank pin would take to get cancelled, he told me he got the account back, although I did not get any recovery attempt emails from Jagex, as he obviously should write my email in the request form. After logging in I found out the bank was completely wiped out of all tradeables, email was changed and authenticator was disabled. A day later the account was permanently banned for having multiple users.

@Andy Thanks for your help, a refund would be great, but I doubt he would actually do it.
