My story:
He will be available instantly receive a download link after he had made a payment because the payment cart is powered by uploadnsell.com there's no reason he couldn't receive the download link.

How come i confirm i receive the paypal payment its from Miami?Take a look on my thread link is at first paragraph.



Okay so you have saw that.And i didn't state it can be refund from me in my thread right?Please ban this people.And also i have contacted him,not replying me after all.

 

So you're telling me I should ban him for not receiving the guide he paid for? Why don't you just copy and paste him the guide? He paid for it.

 

my main reason for reporting him is,he has already received the guide and he abuse the dispute paypal function.so he get the guide for not paying anything.I gave him me my guide and i have no money received from him after all.
