Basically as you can see in the screenshots he failed the firecape, and his terms of service say if he fails that he will do another one at his expensive. Obviously like he said in the chat he could afford to do that. He refunded me my payment but did not refund the wasted supplys. I agreed with him that he can pay for half the supplys cost. Which is 200k. He has yet to pay 200k.
