Verify your paypal account through e-gold. (Costs money)

You can get a prepaid visa/mastercard that works to verify your paypal account, and you can spend as well. It will charge you maybe $20.00 in fees but i think its worth it. You pay via e-gold and your card is ready in a few days.

I did this and can confirm that they are 100% legit. Although it took longer than expected because of easter, but they notified me of everything.
