    PA account suspended (long post)

    Here's what happened;

    I set up a sale to buy 100m from a sythe member. He is new to forums, and I assume new to selling gold. Instead of sending me a one time request for payment on PA, he had just listed the gold as a public sale. I went ahead with the purchase, and it was cleared through my paypal. Moments later, another user on sythe had clicked on his link on player auctions to sell the gold. The seller automatically cancelled his "selling 100m" link on PA. This CANCELLED my paypal payment, and player auctions suspended my account.

    TO AVOID BEING REPORTED ON THIS WEBSITE, I IMMEDIATELY COMPENSATED THE SELLER FOR THE GOLD HE GAVE ME, WITH A DIRECT PAYPAL PAYMENT.

    Here is the email they sent me;

    This email is to inform you that
    your account has been identified for violation of PlayerAuctions policy for
    the first time. For any pending orders, PlayerAuctions will process the
    necessary refunds within 3 working days. To reactivate
    your account, please acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of our
    policy by replying this email. Please be advised that
    future violations of our policy can result in a permanent ban from
    PlayerAuctions. The PlayerAuctions Trust & Safety Team
    www.PlayerAuctions.com . PlayerAuctions sent this
    email to you because you are registered user on PlayerAuctions. This is a
    one time communication.

    This is my reply email;

    Dear playerauctions,

    I purchased 100m @.50 cents/mil. The seller intended for the sale to
    be a one time sale. After I had payed, another buyer tried to buy from
    the same order. The seller then cancelled the order. My paypal payment
    automatically cancelled. Now I can not log in to my player auctions
    account to compensate the seller for the money I owe him. Do to my
    account being suspended, I am forced to compensate the seller through
    DIRECT paypal. The seller's PLAYERAUCTION username/email is
    ********@gmail.com. How can I get unsuspended???

    My questions are
    1) Should I have compensated the seller immediately?
    2) Will player auctions reimburse him, on top of what I had payed him?
    3) Should I have included any more info in my reply?
    4) How long will it take for them to read this/me get unsuspended?

    Thanks everyone.
