    i want to make a voting website
    hey i want to create a minecraft voting website how can i go about doing this. Do i have to create an entire site from scratch or is there an engine that i can work off of

    Do it in Wordpress. You could have something that does what you're talking about up in a couple hours if you know what you're doing.

    You need to purchase a domain and hosting. I recommend HostGator. Then log in to your cPanel they give you and QuickInstall WordPress and login at yoursitenamehere.com/we-admin and click around and watch YouTube videos and read guides to make the site how you want.
