Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

Alll joined/last seen/banned around the same time

I cant provide any other info as this is the first time reporting some one for this.
saw his name, looked familiar clicked in it, turned out it wasn't who I thought.
some how clicked the audit button and just saw a bunch of connected users with similar dates.
