I receive a non-refundable fee as specified.
Seller comes to my location in game and gives me the gold (5M fee for gold trades), allowing pics to be taken in the process.

Once the gold is confirmed, I will tell the Buyer to send the specified payment to the Seller's recipient address whether Paypal/MB/etc (If by WU I will also need the MCTN). Once payment is confirmed the Money will be given to the Buyer. If anything goes wrong the Seller will be completely refunded (except for the fee of course )

Well, if Lucas requested a payment. Then you guys would be allowed to completely bypass the payment to me - Meaning you would just send a direct payment to Lucas and it would not go through me.
I'd still be MM'ing by holding onto his gold until he received the money though. May I remind you it's a non-refundable fee so if he chooses to back out at any time he receives his gold, and you would lose the payment.
