Need some help, im banned.

My friend asked me to do this because he is banned.
here is what he says:

My account name is Skate In Air.
I got banned yesterday because a mod gave me infraction for spamming and i just asked him to review the thread because it not seem to be a spam.
When i woke up today i saw my self banned.
I never scammed anybody or broke the rules(i did 2 spam posts by the way).
Please someone look at my sythe account and do something.
