Looking for a discord bot (And No NOT a gambling bot)

I am making some changes to how we deal with customer support as I've tested a few things over the past couple of months now that we have mainly moved entirely to email, discord, and live chat, rather than skype.

For Skype, email and live chat I have assistants to help with customer support.

My problem is that my employees do not use discord accounts of their own yet. This is my doing as there has been several discord exploits, and as I'm not entirely familiar and comfortable with discord yet, I am not letting my workers use discord until they are fully trained.

Because of this, I would be interested in having a discord auto-responder bot/script made.

The bot/script would have to do the following:

- Whenever a new user messages me, it will auto respond with something like "Hello you have reached Lime's automated service, to chat with an agent please visit our live chat at...."

- Whenever a user sends a friend request, it accepts the requests and sends the message "Hi there, thank you for the friend invite, if you need any help please visit our live chat or email ..."

If you have any other features you think I would like please also mention them in getting back to me. I hope somebody can do this for me as with upcoming expected downtime soon due moving countries, it would help to keep some business running with the help of a script/bot like this diverting customers to my personal assistants.​

 

I built a Dueling Discord Bot for all my users over at RAS.

I can even go a step further and build you a custom plugin on your website so when someone uses a "live chat" it funnels it all to your discord so you dont have to use any software. Anything you can imagine I am sure I can do.
