I have a paypal and it's limited over 180 days but it's not on my name. How can I transfer to my bank account?

 

Just add a bank account and you are free to go.

 

If it has a fake name/adress etc i suggest making a new paypal account with your real informations and then send the money from your "fake" account to your real one and then transfer from your paypal balance to your bank account.

Your best bet is to find somebody whom can make you a fake ID so you can send it into PayPal and get your account unlimited. Most Photoshop experts should be able to assist you in this process. If you also need to add a credit card and/or bank you should google "VCC/Virtual Credit Cards" and you should be able to find a legitimate VCC seller. Howver, as an alternative, you can also go into your local post office or shopping center and buy a re loadable or even once off reload debit/credit card...they're all over Australia, and I am only assuming they're in your country - and you can use this by adding it to your Paypal account and verifying the amount they charged you online as these debit cards have online payment records you can log in to. You also do NOT need to produce ID whence buying these however you will need to put say $5 on it so PayPal can debit the amount required. As for a bank account, there used to be certain people who sold virtual banks but I am unsure of who m nowadays. Sorry.

You could also make a bank account in the same name as the PayPal or look in the white pages for somebody with the exact same name, hope they own a bank account and hope even harder they'll let you use it and won't rip you off. So, before we dismiss the first idea...decide what is easier

Manual, making fake IDs is some pretty bad stuff as far as I'm concerned.
