    Which violation you are reporting the user for: Fake Vouching / Multi Vouching
    Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

    Jake is accepting/asking for vouches from customers who he works for or he is poaching customers from synoninnamon and doing jobs on the side.

    Customer vouches for Jake in synoninnamons server on August.7th. Leaves Feedback for Jake on August.5th and leaves feedback for synoninnamon on July.26th.
    Seems sus so reported it.

    I can provide proof that none of my vouches are fake if an admin/mod would like. Seems to be a witch hunt.

    I've checked the chat-logs and Jake did not ask the customer to vouch for him.
    However,
    As he didn't ask for this vouch himself and was unaware of this, I'll be lenient and keep it at a hard warning. @FKN Jake please make sure to familiarize yourself with the rules.

    The vouch appears to be for the service that was done in the server. Please note however that him poaching customers is between employee and employer. You are free to report that to @Synoninnamon if you wish.
