Banned for evading my hacked account..

Hello Sythe staff, I'd just like to say that this is an awesome community and I'd like to be a part of it. I don't think my "issue" was that much of a big deal but I did break a rule and it was Ban Evasion. Here's my "story"

Okay so, a few months ago or weeks, I was banned and the message said "Banned for being hacked" I was quite puzzled, because I'd just came back from my visit in Seattle, so I posted an appeal, it soon got washed out because it seemed like no one cared or anything or even posted on it. I thought I'm never getting my account back, and since I wasn't ban for doing anything bad, I thought I'd just make a new account and just forget about my loss. So I did, and I made the account Fatality614seller. A month or something later, I really wanted to get my other account back because, well, I wasn't getting good business at all. So I sent the appeal in again, and this time Superman said that my account would be banned for ban evasion, and that I could submit an account recovery for my account to be recovered. So I did, I got my account back, enjoyed Sythe for a couple of days, and even managed to do a trade. The next day I was banned for "Ban Evasion" even though I thought superman already cleared it all up. I'm asking for this pardon because it's not like I'm a big threat to the community. It would be a different story if I was just making a bunch of accounts and scamming like some of the pardons you may see, I'm not here to play those games. I'm just here to trade, and hang out on the forums on my free time. So if I could get this Pardon, it'd be great, if not, then I guess I'm not wanted and I'll just leave and never come back. I won't try to make a bunch of accounts and keep spamming like some people when they get banned but I will be kind of sad to leave the community.

Ok. Well I can't see who unbanned you or what not but Superman requested Sieu's ban on 5/26/12 for ban evading on fatal. Fatal was banned for ban evading Sieu on 5/21/12. Since you were obviously unbanned in there and it does seem like your story checks out I'm unbanning Sieu and changing fatals ban to a requested ban.
