Is there anyway to do this?

Hey, I'm sorry that this may be in the wrong section but maybe someone can help me or point me in the right direction.

I need $50 USD on PayPal for a site. The only problem is, is the fact that I don't have bank account in which I'm able to put a credit card onto it. I have money, but I can't get it onto PayPal. This wouldn't be a problem, but the site only accepts PayPal and it's urgent? Does anyone know if there is someway to trade the money, or add money that isn't from a bank account?
