i need some freakin help!!!!!

ok ive got everything done but what do i do now i can run the server and i got no-ip and everything my source is testscape but i cant start the server what do i do i ned help!!!!!! some one please!!!!!!! (im trying to make silab):'(

yes i do have the latest java version but i mean how do i make my own whatever for example brandoscape.no-ip.biz how do i make something like that but for myself i read the guides but i want a silab server im so confused =\ help help help help!!!!

 

if you want to connect to you server, just leave the ip in blank.
did you port forward?
