The lighting and flow are waaaaaaay off, the depth is nice but a little overdone (shouldnt have blurred that much) what i think is a c4d on the left is way out of place and too visible, last but not least whats with the leaves?

 

I like it, but I think it's got too much contrast, she doesn't blend in well, colours and effects are too random also. Keep working on it
