need simple gfx help

i'd like the image found http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/1205/sigggggo.png here to be made into black text, and with a transparent background. please post here once done, and PM it to me. thanks guys.

Yeah do what he says, its just text not hard to retype. No point in trying to cut it out imo.

 

GIMP. Takes two seconds to do this.. But if you want a better job, you should just type it out with a transparent background like everyone else stated because you can't make out words this way because it already had a white background therefore it's mixed in with the text. You cannot change that unless you re-write it.
