Bulk skilling and deadlines

Hi, so I'm constantly hiring trainers, and have terms of service that must be agreed to before beginning (a maxium of 5 days not per acc but per task) e.g: trainer1 wants to do 10(1-63hunt accounts)
Trainer1 posts correctly/accepts a deadline.
The service will now be late, and trainer1 did not give me enough updates basically gave me a "I took more than I could handle,"
I created x amount of accounts for trainer1, I asked do you want to do half of the accs first and then the other half, BECAUSE of the deadline agreement(I dont wanna buy a bond when the service can be easily done within 1)
I don't care for looking like a bitch, because had he given me updates/more communication I'd be fine. he has worked, but minimal. (in levels he did 50 levels, in xp he did maybe 50%) am I going to have to pay him the agreed amount when he finishes? I never said "if you dont finish within 5 days ill take 1m off per day late" or anything of that matter, BUT I do believe the fact that my thread says " YOU HAVE TO FINISH WITHIN 5 DAYS" should protect me.
I am all for fairness to trainers/buyers. SO I'm in need of assistance, the deadline would be today, and only 50% of the accounts provided were finished.
I do not wish to be the kind of person who asks for a trainer to provide bond, and recover it under his feet for taking a while, and keeping a free bond, AND the argument can be made that all im losing is time(when creating the login) if he indeed provides a bond but doesnt finish, but I have x amount of accs i need to be delivered in x amount of time, and I hire workers off of that schedule, if he finishes w no bond days left im going to have to resupply a bond, and then that affects my longterm profit.

I typed this while dealing with 100 things at the same time I apologize for the shit grammar.

PS: the user now said in an attempt to complete the order in the time frame agreed, he hired a trainer who got 1 of the accounts banned(how am I supposed to validate this, last time I reported people for botting my orders It was locked for inssufficient proof as mods think hiring someone to do tut island and then someone else to train could be a delayed ban from the first service)
THIS USER DID IT ALL FROM TUT ISLAND TILL END(to avoid said issue with proof incase of botting bans)

If you agreed on a deadline, but he hasn't fulfilled that promise. I think it would be fair to keep some of the payment?

So the reason why you have a deadline is because you want the stuff to be done before you have to renew membership? If your trainer agrees to finish his work before the deadline and he fails, i think he should pay for the bond. You didn't include a penalty in your agreement with him in case he fails to complete the work in time so in my opinion you must pay him the full amount minus your extra costs. That only if he finishes the work in reasonable time.

There's no rule about this on Sythe, decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. You're better off posting this in the report a scammer section asking for a moderator to make a final decision.

 

In my opinion it just seems like you're fishing for an excuse to make him pay for an entire new bond on each account which is pretty unnecessary. You are training hunter meaning the accounts have to be done in members, meaning you were going to buy an extra bond either way. This is what happens when you request an obscene amount of training to be done in such a short amount of time.

There aren't any rules set in place for this because nothing has really happened that you had set precautions for. If you decide to take this to RaSc then it would be up to staff interpretation. My suggestion would just be to work it out between yourself and the worker because as it stands posting this thread will only give you two options:

1. "How should I deal with this to extort as much money as possible from my worker by threatening to get him banned"
2. "Should I get him banned"

 

anyone in their right mind knows that 10x 1-63 hunter accounts is very difficult to be completed within 5 days so to set a deadline as such is ridiculous and extremely unrealistic imo

it's like agreeing with someone to have them make 10x 70/70/70 accounts within 3 days and expecting to be 100% protected throughout... just because you say 'IT HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN 5 DAYS' does not mean you're protected as @Moes rightly states it's case by case

you also acknowledge that it would/should take longer by asking him if he wanted to do half first

you've set yourself up for this drama imo by not having a clear T.O.S and being very unrealistic not to mention putting that guy under pressure which led to an account being banned for macroing as he tried to get accounts done within specified time
