Signature Problem

Hello, I am making a signature for a client and I am relatively new to cutting up signatures. I don't really know the appropriate place to post this kind of question. I made a signature and when trying to put it into a signature, there is this empty bar that I can't seem to get to go away. I have not had this problem with the same type of work in the past and am confused as to why I am just now having this problem. Here is the signature in question:

I just really want this problem to be fixed so my client is happy. ​
