    Signature Limits

    They are within the limit and they don't load unless you click play so I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed any more.

    I think that it's only possible for the limit to apply to total characters and if that's so then it's just a limitation of vBulletin.

    Signature Limits

    I agree, videos in Signatures are rather annoying. They seem to lag the page more then normal, even if you don't play 'em.

    Signature Limits

    I agree with you about no YouTube videos in people's signatures. I also think the character limit should not include coding, because the code is not visible. It should be text only.

    It's no different than people who put good quality images in their signature that are hosted with shoddy hosts. You don't play the video and it's not pre-loading.

    1) I'm quite sure that it's a limitation of vB that the signature character limit can't be calculated without the code.
    2) If this wasn't the case it would be easy to abuse with signatures spanning thousands of lines of code just to put more of a load on the server. The only reasonable solution is increasing the entire character limit and I don't think they will feel that's necessary.
