need help selling my accounts RS3/07RS

i am not quitting runescape, but i am working on another pure. I'm a guy who has played for years, heck even when "hiei the pk" was big, and have never even attempted to scam someone even in game. i have played for player killing and that's it. i've bought money (who hasn't) and i've botted & been caught (who hasn't) but it's time to get rid of both of the accounts i put a lot of effort in. I hate that you need vouches to be trusted on here and i hate even more that you can always recover an account even when the email has been changed.
the RS3 account is level 111 with level 1 summoning so that's all stats, has completed recipe for disaster and lunar diplomacy and of course has vengeance.
the 07 account has also completed recipe for disaster and is level 98 combat with just 70 def. perfect dher if you got a couple hitpoints levels.

i'm sorry this is so long but i don't know what else to do.
i'll even give my credit card information or any information (name,address,etc.) to ensure that i wont change the password after i sell the account. i have no use for the accounts anymore.

this is what i would like to do. i can give all the information to someone who is vouched for, i can let them change the email to whatever he likes beings i have access to the email registered now. then, he can find the buyer. i need at least 40m in OSRS
i will pay the voucher 5m if he gets me at least 35m in OSRS.
it shouldn't be hard getting 40m for these accounts. i just don't have the vouches and am not looking to donate 25$ just to sell the accounts.

so my question is can i use someone who has vouches to sell my accounts?

 

Tl;dr, but basically if you aren't trusted it's going to be hard to sell your accounts. And no, you can't use someone who's trusted to sell your accounts because you're the original owner and they would be held responsible if the acc got recovered.

 

Original owners can always recover the account. As Joshua has said, you're going to have a hard time finding a buyer without some sort of reputation.
