name sniping?

Briefly explain the trade: Today I go into the names section and see NAG selling another name. the name is Cost and when i check on his thread people are claiming he sniped the name (i also get a msn message saying he did from the original seller) later in the thread he admits to sniping it which is against sythe rules.

when he says the name disappeared that happens to all names when the person transferring changes it.

 

Taking it manually isn't really constituted as sniping.

However, if you have any screenshots of him admitting that he stole it from the original seller, that'd be grounds for a ban.
