Guess who's abusing a style

text is focal
colours dont make sense
no depth, sig is flat
lines look tacky
flow is kinda weak, its ruined by her arm position
empty; background is boring and so is the foreground
no sense of light
focal is also the lines that look like a heart
composition is basic and not well executed
contrast is too high

On a more positive note...

I like the fact you've added colour to the image, but i don't think there was no need to add every colour of the rainbow to it.

I like the whole style, fashion of the image

Maybe you should try keeping it to 1 or 2, 3 colours max with the spiraling effect you got going on.

Background could do with some work, but the colour works well, just add some texture to it.

And make the image larger and more crisp!
