[Render]Attempt with Gimp

I tried to make a render of my RuneScape Character in tribute to Grave's Full Dragon Armor Render.

Here's what I made.

Looks 100% legit. Like my love for you.

Suggestion: Don't wear a skill cape when doing it...Kind of makes it look stupid. Get like a god cape or something along those lines

The cape itself looks a little pixelated but thats the way it is haha, nice render.

 

How would a god cape look better? I'm wearing a smithing cape in the picture. Is it merely the front part of the cape that drapes over the chest that makes it look stupid? I thought it improved it.

I'm thinking about possibly making some banners for people who want to train/skill/quest or something. I really don't have a whole lot of GFX experience, but I did do graphic arts for a year in school about 2 years ago. Hoping to improve my skills from here and see what I can do. ^_^
