arent you confusing a logo with a banner? What type of website is it?

Those are some important questions which someone would need to make a logo/banner. Can't make it generic and from scratch because it'll likely won't fit your audience/theme/website/subject

I cant create a custom monster/pip, because it'll take a lot of time with my Illustrator experience. It requires extensive drawing for a project that might not even be worth putting time in p)

you may google an image which you like but i cant guarantee copyright in any way

im unsure what it's about at first glance. It should be clear what the purpose is of the site and it looks to me like a collection of articles separated into subjects.

Enhance the spear points of your website (for instance (user perspective): liking posts, starting discussions, add new articles, sharing)

 

Hmm okay, thank you; it's basically just an amature blogger site where people that i hire post in categories of their choice
