Does Usfine really use proxy's?

Well I've personally never made a order for them, but since my account is in the red zone, it will get perm banned if I get caught.

So does Usfine really use proxy's? If you make a order from, check your login screen when you get your account back and see what country the ip is from. If its from china, then they don't of course and they lied. If it's in your country (doesn't have to be area specifically) then post if it is.
