The user who was supposed to deliver the gold told me before the delivery that he needed to get the gold out of his guild bank - I'm assuming someone reported the gold as stolen.

Since this, I've told him he needed to refund me either the gold I purchased or the amount I paid for the gold and I've had no response after.

I've bought gold many times in the past. If Blizzard thinks you've purchased gold, you're either banned or sent a completely different email stating that you're under investigation for the suspicion of buying gold.

I contacted a GM in-game today, but I didn't think to take screenshots of that conversation because I forgot that I had a Sythe account.

The GM informed me that the gold I received was indeed stolen from another account, therefore returned to it's rightful owner and in doing so, I could not be returned the gold.

Since King has completely ignored all of my requests, I suggest he either be banned or labeled a scammer to inform potential buyers of his poor customer service and immoral selling techniques.

Edit: Since I've made the report, I waited for him to reply back via Live Chat and he never did. I opened a dispute with my card company.

 

Alright so King sold you gold and later the game creators took it out of your account because it was deemed stolen. Now king didn't know it was stolen so I'm not going to ban him for that, but I'll let him know to dispute the payment he sent to the gold thief.

You actually shouldn't be disputing king until he can get his money back from the person he paid, since he actually delivered the 25k gold to you. Again, king didn't know the gold was stolen, this is sadly just a risk on the buyer in these kinds of trades
