Explanation of the trade: I paid $120 July 10th, 2022 for 10 accounts with 60 range, 43 prayer, and 800k NMZ points from scratch (added 40 slayer + Lair of Tarn quest line later on as a compromise for how past date he was on order). Last heard from him August 10th (a full month). We technically never agreed on a specific finish date but he said initially within a week, then delayed it to within the end of the bond (16 days after I paid), then he extended it to August 4-5th due to having COVID and being in hospital. I then messaged him on August 10th and brought up the fact they were DNT'd on Sythe and he said he was going to have it resolved.
How they scammed: Accounts were never completed and he has since August 10th ghosted me. He has since been banned from another report.

I tried to be super understanding and flexible with them and didn't want to have to make this report but they left me no choice. I apologize for taking so long to report this but I have been SUPER busy with work IRL.
