i cant seem to figure out what mouse sensitivity is the best for item switches, if i put it to high i can move my mouse faster but misclick more but if i put it on low i get the clicks right but they are slow and i keep having to pick up my mouse and setting it down again to be able to move my mouse around

It really depends on mouse and their DPI. Btw, why not auto switcher?

Just try out some different sensitivities.

I can't player on lower than highest myself, I hate it going slowly; even for just going on internet, it must be on highest.

When I started about 06-07 I actually turned my stuff down a bit and gradually increased my speed till it's super sensitive. Just start out in rags and practice. Hit up fight caves. That's how some of us from fatality practice even these days. Also did the same when I started bridding with bigger switches on my main. A great place to practice, figure out inventory set-ups, and gear.

Everyone starts somewhere. Don't use a autoclicker, it takes the fun out of the skill involved.

hmm I personally use 7 but it really depends from the mouse itself.
