Should i trust this mail from jagex?

I tried my friend's username, works fine.
I tried one of my locked accounts, said it was locked.
I tried a banned account, said it was banned.

Well yeah, I still wouldn't trust it anyways. How do you subscribe to Runescape? Credit Card? Phone?
