If an account gets locked while there are pending recoveries, Do they still get set?

If an account gets locked while there are pending recoveries, Do they still get set?

    If an account gets locked while there are pending recoveries, Do they still get set?
    Okay my one account is locked. And recoveries were supposed to be set August 3rd. But, will they still get set on august 3rd, or did they get paused where they were because the account is locked?


    I hope I've explained it good enough to understand lol.
    Please help me out guys!

    If an account gets locked while there are pending recoveries, Do they still get set?
    It's locked so the pending recoveries will not be set.
