    Where to train?
    40 def
    60 attack
    80 strength,

    been training at rock crabs and fight caves, but im sure theres a better xp/hour place for my stats, any suggestions?

    bandits
    barrow tunnels

    Where to train?
    Bandits, they're afkable youll get around 40k an hour.
    You may need to protect melee if you want to afk tho.
