    Proxy + Java

Is it possible to run Java (ie play runescape) while using a proxy? If not, how can I play runescape with a hidden IP?

I'm fairly sure that you can, but I am not sure if you would want to, because having a different IP every time may be flagged by Jagex.

Yes it is possible, I have never done it my self but a friend used to bot on it so that if he was banned his appeal could be it wasn't him. You should be fine using it.
